<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus notifying a name and a function of a key by voice according to the key operation on a touch panel on a display screen and notifying depressing of the key by vibration. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel 5 is superposed on the display screen of LCD7 in the image forming apparatus 1. When the key selecting operation is carried out by the touch panel 5A, voice output processing outputting the voice from a voice outputting part 10 by reading key guidance information for the selected key from a voice data storing part 9 storing key guidance information such as the name and the function of each key which is displayed on the display screen as voice data and oscillation processing oscillating the touch panel 5 at a set frequency by an oscillating frequency setting part 12 for only the set time set in an oscillating time setting part 12 are executed.
