PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower frame flat sash for easily going in and out by a wheelchair, and applicable even to an existing sash. SOLUTION: This sash stores indoor-outdoor paper sliding screens 3 and 4, and a window screen 5 in a frame body 1 framed with upper-lower frames and left-right vertical frames; has the lower frame 10 having inner-outer rails 13 and 14, and a window screen rail 15 for guiding the indoor-outdoor paper sliding screens 3 and 4, and the window screen 5; and is characterized in that the lower frame 10 is provided with an auxiliary rail material 50, and an outer rail cover material 51; the auxiliary rail material 50 covers the window screen rail 15 over the substantially total length, and has an auxiliary window screen rail 50a on an upper surface; the outer rail cover material 51 substantially covers an exposed part in a state of closing the indoor-outdoor paper sliding screen 4 of the outer rail 14, and has a plane part 51a reaching the vicinity of the indoor paper sliding screen 3 from the vicinity of the auxiliary rail material 50; and the upper end of the auxiliary window screen rail 50a, an upper surface of the plane part 51a, and the upper end of the inner rail 13 are respectively set in the substantially same height as the upper edge of the indoor end 16 of the lower frame 10.
