PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge head by which discharge can satisfactorily be performed even to a liquid body comprising an organic solvent without causing swelling and dissolution, to provide a discharging device and an electrooptical device and production method therefor, and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In the powder feeding device, the starting/stopping of the drawing-out of bulk powder are performed from a bulk powder tank by an injector via a gas-permeable short tube. A trace amount of air is fed-in via the gas-permeable short tube, preferably, from the lower part thereof, an atomized gas whose flow rate is prescribed is made into a thin layer high speed air flow from the inside face of an atomizing device directly after the gas-permeable short tube, and the assembled coarse grains in the powder are dispersedly atomized. If required, they are introduced into a small-sized acceleration tube. The mass of the powder to be fed is measured by a differential pressure generated before and after the same. The injector is subjected to feed back control so that the output thereof is made coincident with the set value, and the total amount of the air to be fed from the injector is separately subjected to automatic control so as to be made coincident with the set value.
