Explained method for producing antibiotic composites, is characterized in that, salt which can be plastically shaped made of at least one cationic component of one protonized antibiotic base from groups of aminoglucosidic, lincozamidic and tetracyclic antibiotics from at least one anionic component from the group of organic sulphates and/or organic sulphonates and/or fatty acid esters, used as binding material for fixing inorganic and/or organic components of composites and in the particular case in mixing with water, for giving shape to composite particularly by pressing, extruding, rolling, smoothing and milling.
