MICRO STRIP LINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a structure of a micro strip line itself to have a function of selecting a frequency such as a filter and a circuit element.

SOLUTION: A micro strip line 1 comprising a dielectric substrate 2, a strip conductor 3 provided on an upper side of the dielectric substrate 2, and a planar conductor plate 4 on a plane located on a lower side of the dielectric substrate 2, is configured so that a multilayered dielectric substrate 5 comprising a first dielectric layer 50 whose lower side is provided with a planar lower layer conductor plate 6 and a second dielectric layer 51 so as to be pressed into contact with the planar conductor plate 4, is provided, and a slot 40 to leak a transmission wave from the dielectric substrate 2 to the multilayered dielectric substrate 5, is provided on the planar conductor plate 4 held between the dielectric substrate 2 and the multilayered dielectric substrate 5. Then a relation of εr2<εr<εr1holds, wherein εr2, εr, and εr1are respectively dielectric constants of the dielectric substrate 2, the first dielectric layer 50, and the second dielectric layer 51.
