PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an onychocryptosis treating tool capable of correcting an invaginated nail. SOLUTION: In the onychocryptosis treating tool, a pipe body 1 of a length about 1-2 cm, of a tapered tube shape of which the diameter becomes thin as going toward the tip end, and having a cross section of a C letter shape is formed, and a gap 2 is disposed along its longitudinal direction. Sawtooth parts 3 are formed on both sides of the gap 2, and are made to bite into the outer edge part Na of the nail plate N. Hole parts 4 for inserting a wire 5 are disposed at several parts of the pipe body 1. In the onychocryptosis treating tool, the tissue around the outer edge part Na of the nail plate N is cut open by a surgical knife, and the outer edge part Na is exposed. The outer edge part Na is inserted and pushed into the gap 2 of the pipe body 1 letting the thin diameter side of the pipe body 1 as the tip end. Afterward, the width of the gap 2 is made narrow using a pincer or the like so that the pipe body 1 does not fall out or slip. The pipe body 1 is securely fixed by making the sawtooth part 3 bite into the nail plate N, and the superelastic wire 5 is stretched between small holes Nh bored in the hole part 4 and the nail plate N.
