The present invention provides a recombinant virus comprising the nucleotides acid sequence which encodes an intact tumor-therapeutic antibody with human costant regions and the use thereof. By inserting into the genome of a recombinant virus a nucleotides acid sequence which simultaneously comprises the light chain and heavy chain gene of an intact tumor-therapeutic antibody with human costant regions, said intact tumor-therapeutic antibody with human costant regions can be expressed in toumor cells with high efficiency, thereby inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumors.
