PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create clearly visible smooth display image according to motion of a moving body serving as an object.

SOLUTION: The number of pixels photographing an optical beacon computed by a pixel number computing part 11 is stored in a memory 12. A differential computing part 13 finds a difference between the number of pixels photographing the optical beacon of a current frame and that of the previous frame to output it to a zoom magnification computing part 14. The zoom magnification computing part 14 finds a rate of the difference to the number of pixels of a reference magnification and computes a zoom magnification proportional to the rate to output it to an image processing part 15. The image processing part 15 creates a zoom image on the basis of the zoom magnification fed from the zoom magnification computing part 14.
