<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer-containing composition, which includes a functional substance, an ultraviolet ray-absorbent and/or an antioxidant in a block polymer and can finely be dispersed in water or an aqueous dispersed medium, and also to provide an ink composition comprising the above. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer-containing composition contains a functional substance, water or an aqueous dispersing medium and a block polymer. The above block polymer includes at least one kind selected from the above functional substance, an ultraviolet ray-absorbent and an antioxidant. The ink composition comprises the above polymer-containing composition.
