<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a test device while providing a database to quantitatively measure the dynamic characteristics of a side to be inserted/drawn and a side to insert in order to solve the problems in a conventional product test of a hot line inserting/drawing device comprising a circuit board used in an operating device such as ATM, that a lot of test time is required with an increased cost because the test is carried out by installing a plurality of circuit boards to a test environment of actual operating state, and manually inserting and drawing the circuit boards; specification of a failure position is difficult; and a test facility is poor in flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: Fluctuation patterns which simulate probable fluctuation component of a power supply line and probable fluctuation waveform of a signal line in the hot line insertion/drawing of the hot line insertion/drawing device are stored as a database. A power supply line fluctuation device and a load impedance variable device output and apply fluctuation waveforms to the hot line insertion/drawing device based on the data to determine the quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
