PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil treatment bag which can be repeatedly used and from which soil can be easily and safely taken out. SOLUTION: The soil treatment bag is provided with a bag body 1 consisting of a front face side wall 11, a back face side wall 12, and side face side walls 13, a bottom lid 2 comprising a main bottom lid 21, and three sheets of auxiliary bottom lids 22, carrying handles 3 made of four pieces of belt-like articles 31, and a bottom lid opening tool 4. The bottom lid 2 can be opened, and an enclosed belt 211 whose apex side reaches the front face side wall 11 of the bag body 1 is fitted on the main bottom lid 21. The bottom lid opening tool 4 is provided with a fitting belt 41, a buckle 42, an intermediate belt 44 with a fixing ring 43 on its apex side, a passing-through ring 45, and an opening braid 46.
