PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive encoding data among all connected terminals without need of quantity of power by the number of the connected terminals. SOLUTION: AMI code data are generated in an extension interface circuit 13-1 so that it is to be transmitted among extension terminals. Antiphase AMI code data are generated in an extension interface circuit 13-2 arranged adjacently to the extension interface circuit 13-1. A positive pulse and a negative pulse of AMI code data are negated between the extension interface circuit 13-1 and the extension interface circuit 13-2. In order to generate antiphase AMI code data, a transmission line 34 is connected to the terminal 321 of the transformer 32 of the extension interface circuit 13-2 instead of a transmission line 33, and the transmission line 33 is connected to a terminal 322 instead of the transmission line 34.
