PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sensitively evaluating the adhesive strength of a laminate comprising a transparent base material and a thin film with reproducibility, without touching the surface of the thin film, and to provide an adhesion strength evaluating apparatus. SOLUTION: The laminate is curved so that the thin film is made inside to form a curved part, and this curved part is drawn so as to become small. When the thin film is peeled from the base material, the radius of curvature of the curved part is calculated, and the adhesion strength of the thin film is evaluated, on the basis of the value of the radius of curvature.
