PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player wherein the loading/unloading of a disk is improved by a simple mechanism without employing a front loading mechanism using motor driving, and designing is improved. SOLUTION: A slide plate 25 is moved back and forth by an engaging pin 48 disposed in the side plate 43 of a cap plate 42 in association with the opening/closing operation of the cap plate 42, and the pin 39 of a tray 35 engaged with the second cam groove 32 of the slide plate 25 is moved along the shape of the first cam groove 21 of a cam plate 20.
