摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To proportionally change an output signal characteristic of an detected angle, in a magnetic noncontact sensor. SOLUTION: At least two circular magnetic circuit components are disposed to sandwich a circular magnet fixed to the throttle valve stem in a direction along a rotation axis of the throttle valve stem. The magnetic circuit components are attached to a resin gear cover installed to a body of an electronic control throttle. Magnetic material (for example, sintering material) as material of a magnet is fixed to a gear member fixed to the throttle valve stem by resin molding, and then strong magnetic force is applied to the magnetic material (for example, sintering material) with a state where the resin is cold so as to polarize the magnetic material. Control parameters of an internal combustion engine is adjusted depending on a degree of insertion of the circular magnet fixed to the throttle valve stem into circular grooves constituted of the circular magnetic circuit components.
