The invention provides a nanostructured carrier and a nanostructured activated carrier used for separation and/or analysis, and also provides preparation and application thereof. Said carrier used for separation and/or analysis contains a nanostructured area. Said nanostructured area includes a normal solid carrier and nanostructures immobilized thereon. Said nanostructures comprise nanostructured units of nondirectional arrangement, which are composed of protuberant particles with a protuberant height above 3nm and the size of one dimension at their half height between 1 to 500nm. And the density of the nanostructured protuberant particles is above 1/µm<2>.
