<p>Scanner has a scanner motor with a stator (5) in which a rotor (2) is supported on bearings. A mirror (3) is connected to the rotor for the deflection of a light, e.g. a laser, beam (10). The position of the rotor is controlled by means of a magnetic field strength measurement, the rotor being connected to a permanent magnet (7), the field of which is measured with a magnetic field strength meter.</p> |
