<p>PURPOSE: To provide a picking, weighing, and inspecting system which can handle a variety of objects and is highly excellent in work efficiency by writing picking information into the ID recording body of a pallet, reading the picking information, and displaying the quantity of objects to be picked. CONSTITUTION: Picking information is read by a pallet 3 provided with an ID recording body for storing picking information, a conveyor 1 to transport it circulatedly, and a work station 12 arranged on the most upstream side and input into a host computer. Also the picking information stored in the ID recording body of the pallet 3 thus arranged is written at non-contact into the ID information recording device 13. Then it is provided with multiple picking bays 21 arranged in mid-course along the conveyor 1, an ID information reader 23 provided in a conveyor route immediately before the picking bays, a quantity indicator 24 for the number of picks provided in each picking bay 21, and a measuring device 25 for overall picking weight. In addition, an output from the measuring device is compared with a predicted overall weight value to be determined beforehand by a judgment indicator 26.</p> |
