摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The interface for adjusting lubrication and hardness interposed between a first and a second part of titanium or titanium alloy, comprises a first adjusting layer (4) placed on the first part (1), and a second adjusting layer (5) placed on the second part (2). The first adjusting layer has a hardness less than the first part, a thermal conductivity of higher than 30 wm -> 1>K -> 1> to evacuate the heat generated by friction between the two parts of the interface, and a microporous morphology conferring an adjusting function of lubrication to the first layer. #CMT# : #/CMT# The interface for adjusting lubrication and hardness interposed between a first and a second part of titanium or titanium alloy, comprises a first adjusting layer (4) placed on the first part (1), and a second adjusting layer (5) placed on the second part (2). The first adjusting layer has a hardness less than the first part, a thermal conductivity of higher than 30 wm -> 1>K -> 1> to evacuate the heat generated by friction between the two parts of the interface, a microporous morphology conferring an adjusting function of lubrication to the first layer by retaining grease of a lubricating liquid in micropores having a density of 2-30%, and a thickness of 50-300 mu m. The second layer cooperates with the first layer, and comprises a surface hardness of 12Gpa+- 2Gpa, a thickness of 0.2-50 mu m and a lubrication adjusting function by releasing solid lubricants as a result of friction with the first layer. A unit is arranged in the first layer for progressive change of micropore density from the first part upto the extreme surface of the first layer. The progressive change unit comprises a stack of two layers with different micropore density constituting the first layer. The layer located at extreme surface of the stack and adjacent to the second layer has large density and a thickness of 20 mu m. An adhesion layer is interposed between the first part and the first adjusting layer, when the first adjusting layer has a thickness of greater than 250 mu m. A hardness adjusting layer having a coefficient of hardness greater than the second part is interposed between the second part and the second adjusting layer and intended to introduce a hardness gradient between the second part and the second adjusting layer, and has a thickness of 5-30 mu m. The second adjusting layer comprises a first layer of titanium nitride and a second layer of tungsten carbide-carbon:hydrogen nanocomposite material composed of beta -tungsten carbide grains in a hydrogenated amorphous carbon matrix. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for depositing a first and a second adjusting layer on a part of titanium or titanium alloy; and (2) an articulation device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The interface is useful for adjusting lubrication and hardness interposed between a first and a second part of titanium or titanium alloy, and in an articulation device (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The interface is capable of effectively, easily and uniformly adjusting the parts of titanium or titanium alloy thus improving and maintaining the sliding properties, and reduces the surface abrasion on the two parts due to friction. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The figure shows an interface (Drawing includes non-English language text). 1 : First part 2 : Second part 4 : First adjusting layer 5 : Second adjusting layer 7 : Hardness. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The first adjusting layer has an alloy of copper (53%+- 1%), nitrate (36%+- 1%) and indium (5%+- 1%). The adhesion layer has an alloy of nickel (50%).
