FIELD: medicine, reconstructive surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: cortical transplant should be applied till its complete wedging between the walls of preformed bottom in the form of a canal steadily narrowing inside, moreover, the width of the bottom in the middle part of canal's depth should be formed being correspondent to that of a cortical transplant, then fixing needles should be applied through lateral walls of narrowing canal by blocking cortical transplant in it that provides rigid fixation and increases osteogenetic function. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation. ^ 2 dwg, 2 ex |
