PURPOSE: To increase rotary force and horizontal-moving speed of bubbles by improving an exit, where air is discharged, thereby increasing oxygen transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The diffuser comprises an inlet where air is flown, a chamber (14) where the air flown in through the inlet generates vortex and acoustic resonance, a guide (17) installed on the center portion of the lower side of the chamber, having a circular cross-section of outer circumference thereof with increasing diameter toward the upper part and allowing rotation of the air flown in through the inlet to be smooth and a ring-shaped exit (16) where the air vortex obtains acoustic energy from the chamber and then is supplied to underwater.
