FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with objective evaluation of exacerbation and severity in the flow of chronic varicosis of ovarian veins (ovaricocele). In blood serum one should determine the levels of cytokine and antibodies to phospholipids due to IEA, that is IL-6 and aKL, and if IL-6 level is not above 40.0 pkg/ml, and aKL level is not above 20.0 U/ml one should diagnose ovaricocele deg. I-II at the stage of exacerbation, and at IL-6 levels being above 40.0 pkg/ml and aKL being above 20.0 U/ml one should diagnose ovaricocele deg. III at the stage of exacerbation.
