FIELD: plastic working of metals in combination with heat treatment. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation includes successively arranged: quenching furnace with windows for charging and discharging, handling apparatus and quenching machine. Handling apparatus includes bending mechanism. Installation also includes arranged in quenching furnace stationary guides and clamping units for blanks. Clamping units are jointly mounted at side of charging window. Guides have at side of discharging window inclined portions and recesses for fixing blank at bending it. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability, simplified design of installation, lowered energy consumption. ^ 3 cl, 7 dwg |
