FIELD: equipment for applying coatings simultaneously on several details, particularly in electronic and electrical engineering industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves grouping details in stack with the use of special means so that inner detail ends abut each other and outer ends thereof are enclosed along with providing free access to outer and inner detail parts. Device for above method implementation includes two clamps pressed to opposite free ends of stacked details. String passes through clamps. One string end is secured inside the first clamp, another one is fixed in tightening means arranged on the second clamp. Each clamp has at least one orifice to connect inner and outer parts of stacked details one to another. Device also may have resilient member, for instance rubber gasket or spring, installed between the second clamp and tightening means, wherein the second clamp is made as two separate details, namely jaw and tube. Tightening means include fork, screw in which slot or orifice for free string end fixation is made. Tube and resilient member are inserted in orifice formed in fork. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity due to possibility of coating application on several details simultaneously; elimination of the use of special materials for covering detail parts not to be covered with coating, reduced time consumption. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
