PURPOSE: A mobile phone battery self-charging device is provided to allow a user to make an emergency call when remaining battery capacity is below a call-available current capacity. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(3) transmits and originates a signal of a mobile phone and includes a lead screw(3a) at its outer circumference. Upper and lower housings(5,7) are mounted in the mobile phone body in such a structure that the antenna(3) can be protracted and retracted, and disassembled or assembled mutually. A core(17) is installed in the upper and lower housings(5,7) and threaded with the lead screw(3a) of the antenna(3), and includes a coil(15) wound thereon so as to be rotated to generate electromotive force when the antenna(3) is protracted and retracted. A permanent magnet(19) is provided at an outer edge of the core(17) and forms magnetic field at the coil(15). A brush(21) outputs an AC from the coil(15). A commutator(23) commutates the AC of the brush(21) to a DC. An antenna guide(11) is installed at a lower inner side of the lower housing(7) including a generator(9), guides protraction and retraction of the antenna(3), and electrically connects an output of the generator(9) to a terminal of the mobile phone body and a battery terminal.
