PURPOSE: A beverage making apparatus is provided to sanitarily manage milk and easily and quickly heat milk. CONSTITUTION: A beverage making apparatus is composed of a storage unit, an opening unit for penetrating a cap(110), and a heating unit having a mixing chamber(300). The storage unit includes the cap, a bottle(100) sealed by the cap, and a storage space for storing the sealed bottle. A Y-shaped thin/weak portion is formed at the inside of the cap. The opening unit has a protrusion(200) for penetrating the Y-shaped thin/weak portion of the cap. A passage is formed at the center of the protrusion. Milk flows through the passage of the protrusion. An orifice(230) is attached to one end of the protrusion, and jets milk into the mixing chamber. A valve(210) is installed between the protrusion and the orifice, and controls the flow of the milk. The heating unit includes an air conduit, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the mixing chamber, a second mixing chamber, and a discharge port.
