The extraction and pressing device (1) consists of a pulling mandrel (2) with at least two clamping jaws (7, 8) and an axially adjustable setting mandrel (3), by which the radial spacing of the clamping jaws (7, 8) can be increased. The jaws have stop webs (12, 13) at an axial spacing from their endfaces (10, 11) to limit the insertion depth.
