PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint structure capable of shaking the upper structure without obstructing by the joint of the pile and the upper structure and eliminating impartment of an excessive force to the pile head caused by shaping of the upper structure. SOLUTION: The pile head joint structure 1 has a steel bar 7 connecting a steel pipe pile 3 placed in the ground 2 and the foundation 5 of the upper structure 4 connecting to the steel pipe pile 3 and having a deformed part 6 at the upper end side, and a hole 8 in which the steel bar 7 is inserted and intervened between the pile head 3a and the foundation 5 and moreover, the structure is provided with an elastic body 9 bringing an elastic deformation by an external force brought on the basis of the relative displacement to the steel pipe pile 3 of the upper structure 4, a seal member 12 infilled in the gap between the elastic body 9 in the hole 8 in which the steel bar 7 is inserted and the steel bar 7, the lead 13 infilled in the foundation 5 so as to surround the steel bar 7, a tubular body 14 fixed to the foundation 5 and in which the steel bar 7 is inserted, and a circular steel plate 15 fixed to the steel bar 7.
