PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance and reliability by securing the lubrication of sliding parts in a positive-displacement expander and compressors. SOLUTION: The positive-displacement expander 2 for converting the expansion energy of working fluid into mechanical energy, and a sub-compressor 3 driven by the expander are integrated, and accommodated in a sealed container 5 for an expansion/compression system, in which a lubricant 20 is stored. Further the main compressor 27 of a refrigerating system 24 is accommodated in a sealed container for the main compressor, in which the lubricant 20 is stored. These sealed container 5, 27a are connected by a pipe, and the rise of an oil surface in each sealed container is controlled by the flow of the working fluid, so that the deviation of the lubricant between the sealed containers is automatically adjusted, and a lubricating state of the fluid machinery can be kept in a good condition.
