FIELD: technological processes; mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: in method realisation the following values - al, ar, M, Nl, Nr - are measured, where al, ar is width of left and right axlebox apertures, M is trolley base, Nl and Nr is distance between walls of solebar spring aperture and external jaws of axlebox apertures on the left and right sides of solebar. Results are entered into personal computer with software that takes into account normative requirements to controlled parameters. After measurement results have been processed, optimal type and scope of repair works is determined, and afterwards letter symbols of planes subject to repair works are displayed - ESl, ESr, ISl, ISr, where ESl and ESr is plane of left and right external stops of solebar axlebox apertures, and ISl and ISr is plane of let and right internal stops of solebar axlebox apertures, with specification of required increase or decrease value. Sign in front of numerical value indicates type of repair works further performed in specified planes: if sign is positive, plane is welded, if it is negative, plane is planed off, if value is zero, repair works are not performed in this plane. ^ EFFECT: observance of controlled parameters rated values in repair. ^ 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
