PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening apparatus for a flexible container bag which prevents dispersion of powder particles at the time of opening the powder bag and saves motivity and manpower. SOLUTION: A bag opening apparatus casing (2) is constituted of a hopper (2A) and a hollow hood (2B) connected to the upper face of the hopper. The hollow hood is constituted of a space part (2B4) formed with a vertical cylindrical outer wall (2B1), a ring-like top plate (2B2) connected to the inner upper side of the outer wall and a vertical cylindrical inner wall (2B3) connected to the inner periphery of the top plate. A center partitioning guide plate (3) is constituted of a vertical cylindrical part (3A) and a guide part (3B) connected to the lower side of the vertical cylindrical part. The vertical cylindrical part is positioned within the space part to constitute an outer vertical flow channel (2B42) and an inner vertical flow channel (2B41) for an ascending current involving the power particles. A powder particle dispersion apparatus (4) is positioned at the center lower part of the hollow hood like a drill, and a bag cutting apparatus is located at a position higher than the powder particle dispersion apparatus and has a knife with its direction turned upward.
