METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DEEP DRAWN METALLIC PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture the drawn products of stable shapes in continuously manufacturing the drawn products of a high final drawing rate by a multi-stage drawing process. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the deep-drawn metallic products is based on a multiple stage drawing process of transferring semi-manufactured metallic products (including blanks) between die and punch pairs disposed in the multiple stages (≥3 stages). The semi-manufactured products are cooled down to around ordinary temperature or below by jetting cooling water to the interior of the semi-manufactured products directly before a final post drawing process of the multi-stage drawing process and are transferred to the final drawing process.
