PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disintegrator capable of quantitatively supplying a fusion furnace with incinerated ash regardless of whether it is dry ash or wet ash, facilitating setting and maintenance, and appropriately controlling the size of a disintegrating object as needed. SOLUTION: A disintegrator 3 is provided with: rotary blades 5 provided with a plurality of blades 20 arranged on a plurality of positions at prescribed intervals in the axial direction of a rotary shaft 4 and radially attached along the circumference of the rotary shaft 4; and a plurality of lower receiving blades 8 attached to a lower receiving base 7. For the disintegrator 3, a movable arm 6 is attached to the lower receiving base 7 and the plurality of the lower receiving blades 8 can be switched to the posture of being inserted between the plurality of rotary blades 5 and the posture of being separated from the plurality of rotary blades 5 by the operation of the movable arm 6.
