PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand drill capable of reducing the resistance from a side surface of a hole caused by hand deviation or the resistance when pulled out, securing a sufficient strength and penetration power in a short period of time, smoothly discharging chips, cutting sharp with a small cross section area, securing the space for discharging bone chips without producing deficiency such as bending, and being easily lifted up. SOLUTION: In the hand drill, both edges of a diagonal linear chip groove are blades, and the blades on both edges of the chip groove become gradually acute in the direction of rotation. In another case, the tip of a cylindrical material is pressed and edged in the double-edged shape. A hook hole for pulling up a suture wire is formed on a side surface on the tip side.
