PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner which is easy to use even in long-time use, and easy to operate for cleaning. SOLUTION: In the vacuum cleaner, a dust suction hose 11 connected to a hose connecting part of a cleaner body with a built-in electric blower includes a tube grip 17 that is functioned as an air duct, and an extension tube (dust suction tube) 12 to which a suction port body is connected, is attached to and detached from the tube grip. The tube grip 17 includes a connection part 18 with a hose part 15 of the dust suction hose 11 at the rear end of the grip tube 17, and includes a fitting part 19 with the extension tube (dust suction tube) 12 at its front end.
