PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header structure for a heat exchanger allowing easy machining of a communication hole communicated with a cylindrical portion and having low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An inside member 20 uses a plate material B formed by cladding a brazing material having a punched hole as a communication hole 23 in an area corresponding to a boundary wall 22 to provide a plurality of circular portions 21 in parallel constituting part of the cylindrical portion and form fitting side faces 20b on both sides of the plurality of circular portions 21. An inside member 10 uses the plate material B formed by cladding the brazing material to form both-side bent faces 12 bent from both sides of the outside member 10. A fitted side face 20b of the inside member 20 is fitted between both side bent faces 12 of the outside member 10 and a front end face 22a of the boundary wall 22 is joined thereto. Thus, all are formed in a pressing process to allow easy machining of components and adoption of a material clad to the brazing material for the plate material and simplify a brazing process, resulting in obtaining the heat exchanger header having low manufacturing cost.
