PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deceased name display device for a tomb, which is easy to maintain and control, low in cost, and is free from troublesome work at the time of displaying a deceased name. SOLUTION: The deceased name display device is formed of a rotary stone monument 21 in the form of a vertical circular column, in which at least one deceased names A, B, C, etc. are marked; an outer shell stone 22 which is formed like a cylinder enclosing a columnar surface 21a of the rotary stone monument 21 and having an open window W formed therein so as to selectively expose one of the deceased names by rotating the stone monument 21 through predetermined degrees; and a cover body 23 arranged on the top of the rotary stone monument 21, for preventing infiltration of rainwater and dust into a gap between the columnar surface 21a and the outer shell stone 22.
