PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage tool permitting passengers in a plurality of seat rows to commonly use a storage space for belongings and supplying air-conditioning air toward occupants in the seat rows different from an installation position of the storage tool in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A main body 21 of a console box 13 is constituted of an outline body 24 and a storage box body 25 housed in the outline body 24 so as to be slid in the vehicular longitudinal direction through a rear opening portion 24a. A rear face register (RF register) 28 for sending out the air-conditioning air toward the upper half bodies of occupants in a rear seat is provided on a rear side surface 25a of the storage box body 25. An outer tube 33 of a slide duct 29 is connected with the RF register 28, and an inner tube 32 of the slide duct 29 is connected with an air conditioner disposed on a rear side of an instrument panel.
