A waterproof connector is provided to prevent moisture from permeating into an electric wire connection unit completely when being connected to an electric wire, consequently electric leakage accident caused by the moisture can be prevented. Core lines(1b) of an electric wire of which coatings are peeled off is inserted into a first terminal unit(112), and a first connecting member(130) surrounds the external portion of the first conductor, from which the first terminal unit is protruded, with a first insulating coatings(120). In a state that the core liens are inserted into the first terminal unit of the first connecting member, a first insulating tube(140) surrounds the external portion of the first terminal unit. The first insulating tube is formed by applying silicon waterproof agents(142) to the inside of a shrinking tube(141).
