VARIABLE CAPACITY COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity compressor with reduced noises and vibration caused by a compression reaction force by arranging an inclination angle regulator so that the attenuated compression reaction force is transmitted to a lug plate.

SOLUTION: This variable capacity compressor is provided with the inclination angle regulator 30 for regulating the maximum inclination angle of a swash plate 24 at a contacting part of the lug plate 24 and the swash plate 24, and a buffer member 31 for attenuating the compression reaction force transmitted from a piston 26 via the swash plate 24 upon the compression of the piston 26. The buffer member 31 is arranged at a contact part of the inclination angle regulator 30 and the lug plate 22. Therefore, the noises and vibration caused by the compression reaction force can be reduced.
