PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grade separation structure which completely eliminates traffic signals at an intersection in order to solve problems of a traffic jam, traffic accidents, or environmental pollution, and allows every driver to easily and clearly recognize and image how to make a rightward turn. SOLUTION: In the grade separation structure (10) formed of a grade separation bridge (16) and leftward turning lanes (22, 28, 34, 40), each of roads (12 or 14) is comprised of rightward turning tunnels (42, 54 or 56, 58) which are each bifurcated from a left lane to pass under the grade separation bridge (16) and bend rightward. A pair of the rightward turning tunnels (42, 54) opposed to each other are constructed in a level of a first basement, and the other pair of the rightward turning tunnels (56, 58) are constructed in a level as deep as a second basement. Each of the rightward turning tunnels (42, 54, 56, 58) is arranged so as to pass inside a pier of the grade separation bridge (16) as viewed in a plan, and therefore it does not interfere with a pile foundation of the pier of the grade separation bridge (16).
