PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device for an opening of a greenhouse for agricultural and horticultural use, free from rails, etc., at the lower edge of the opening to enable free entering of a tiller, etc., and ensuring smooth opening and closing operation. SOLUTION: The opening and closing device of the opening of a greenhouse for agricultural and horticultural use is provided with a film sheet 21 extending downward from the upper edge of the opening formed on an end wall or a side wall of the greenhouse, an anchor member 22 attached to the lower edge of the film sheet and extending in horizontal direction, a plurality of horizontal members 23 attached at regular intervals from the lower edge and extending in horizontal direction, a pair of guide frames 24 placed along both side edges of the opening and receiving both ends of the anchor member 22 and each horizontal member 23, and a pair of pulling strings 25 fixed their ends to both ends of the anchor member and extended upward along both side edges of the film sheet through both ends of each horizontal member.
