PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor enabling an aimed component to be produced in a short time and in high efficiency. SOLUTION: The microreactor has the following construction: The top face of a rectangular microreactor body 12 is brought into closely contact with the underside of an upper lid 13 with the same dimension to provide an injection port 14 via which a sample liquid and a reagent liquid are to be injected, a runoff port 15 via which a mixed solution of the sample liquid and reagent liquid are to be discharged out of the system, and a micropath 16 via which solutions introduced from respective inflow ports are conveyed at a rate of extralow flow to the runoff port 15. Further, a recessed mixing part 17 is provided in between the injection port 14 and the runoff port 15, a nanomaterial stirrer 18 is set in the mixing part 17, a cooling unit 19 for controlling the temperature of the mixing part 17 is embedded in the upper part of the upper lid 13 corresponding to the area of the mixing part 17, a metallic plate 20 is embedded in the lower part of the mixing part 17, and a temperature sensor inserting port 21 is provided in between the metallic plate 20 and the mixing part 17.
