INTEGRATED APPARATUS INCLUDING POWER AMPLIFIER AND DUPLEXER, CONCERNED WITH REDUCING HEIGHT OF SAW DUPLEXER

PURPOSE: An integrated apparatus including a power amplifier and a duplexer is provided to reduce height of an SAW duplexer by forming an impedance matching element on a predetermined region of an inner part of a substrate having the SAW duplexer. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier(41) is mounted on a substrate having a plurality of dielectric layers in order to amplify a transmission signal. A passive circuit(42) is mounted on the substrate and is connected to the power amplifier in order to perform an impedance matching process and remove power noise. A duplexer(44) is mounted on the substrate and includes a reception filter and a transmission filter in order to separate a transmission signal and a reception signal from a received signal. A coupler(43) is formed as a conductive pattern on a part of the dielectric layers and is connected between the power amplifier and the duplexer. An impedance matching element(45) is formed as a conductive pattern on a part of the dielectric layers and is connected between the reception filter and the transmission filter of the duplexer.
