PURPOSE: Provided are corn flour noodles using mixed flour of corn flour and sweet potato starch- the corn flour noodles prevent adult diseases resulting from obesity. CONSTITUTION: Corn flour noodles are manufactured by mixing corn flour and sweet potato starch in a mixing ratio of 9:1; adding a small amount of soda, salt and edible oil to the mixed flour, followed by kneading with iced water; and steaming the dough and passing it through a frame having a plurality of holes. |
