A device for preventing an eavesdrop through a speaker is provided to prevent a conversation content from being tapped by transmitting a jamming signal with an audible frequency band. A jamming signal generator generates a jamming signal including a noise signal. An amplifier(303) amplifies the jamming signal. A transformer(304) receives the amplified jamming signal from the amplifier and transmits the amplified jamming signal to a speaker common signal line. A filter(302) filters the jamming signal in the audible frequency band. The amplifier received the filtered jamming signal from the filter and amplifies the received signal.
