PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good color filter by enabling the efficient use of transfer ink in a transfer sheet so that the ink shape on a transparent substrate is easily stabilized by the transfer ink.

SOLUTION: The transfer from a belt-like transfer sheet 5 is performed by putting striped ink omission parts 22 by the previous transfer of the already used belt-like transfer sheet 5 and letterpresses 8a and 9a of plate surfaces 8 and 9 of a transfer cylinder 4 into a non-corresponding state.
