PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to immediately decide the cause of a difference when prices calculated separately by using information of radio tags at a customer side and a store side are different. SOLUTION: An information processor is set in a carrying means with which a commodity purchased by a customer is carried to a settlement section. The information processor is provided with; a radio tag reader which receives and reads information transmitted wirelessly from a radio tag attached to the commodity carried by the carrying means; and a memory which holds the information read from the radio tag by this radio tag reader. A settlement device equipped with the radio tag reader which receives and reads the information transmitted from the radio tag given to each of commodities for one consumer carried in to a settlement section collects information held by an information holding means of the information processor. Then, the collected information and the information of the radio tag read by the the radio tag reader are compared, and the result is reported. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
