PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of resolution, occurrence of image distortion, and deterioration of image quality in a rear projection type projector device. SOLUTION: In the rear projection type projector device, a transparent plate-like member (front plate) 4 is supported so as to be inclined with respect to a vertical surface A and a lenticular screen 3 and a Fresnel lens 5 are arranged on the upper side of the front plate 4. Thereby the lenticular screen 3 and the Fresnel lens 5 are stuck to the front plate 4 by gravity and gaps are hardly caused among them. Consequently the deterioration of resolution, the occurrence of image distortion, and the deterioration of image quality which are caused due to the production of gaps can be reduced.
