<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of an electric connection box which can be broken and separated by a small external force only at a fixed component recovering time without breaking and separating due to a vibration or a shock during vehicle traveling, and which can improve recovering workability and recyclability. <P>SOLUTION: A junction block has mounting brackets protruding from and formed at the upper and lower walls of a block body. The block body is fixed to a vehicle body panel via the mounting brackets. A cutout 15b and/or a hole 15c for inducing a breakage are provided at the mounting bracket of the lower side which receives a tension. A wire harness guided from the block body is pulled in a vehicle widthwise direction at the junction block recovering time.
